I bought clothing items from this website that didn't turn out anything like the photos. Also, the quality was very poor. When I requested a refund, they only said they would give me 10% of my payment or a 60% store credit. They would not give me my full refund back and they did not have a refund policy on their website.

Purple Pleather Cowboy Boots

I purchased a pair of purple cowboy boots. It took over a month to arrive. That should've been my indicator of what was to follow. The boots are made of cheap, paper pleather. I'm afraid of simply pulling the boots up for fear of ripping. So, I went through the process of trying to make a return. I've gotten mundane responses regarding "it's too expensive to return", "I can keep the boots with a 60% credit, or return the boots at my expense (which is costly) and receive only a 10% refund". I had to send a picture and multi reasons for the return. This company is not in the States; the address listed differs. The phone number listed on the website does not work. I'm out of my money; I now accept it. I wish I would have read the reviews prior to purchase.

This website used images from brand-name, designer companies when selling items, but the product received was cheaply made and not reflective of the images. The price was too high for such poor products, and the images were intentionally deceptive. In order to return the items, the customer must pay international shipping and customs fees (to China) and pay a 15% restocking fee, which makes it impossible to recoup the costs if you opt to return a product.

I was searching for wedges (shoes). The shoes came up in google search. I went to the website and ordered a pair. Since then, I was given a tracking # that won't track. I've tried calling and the # doesn't go through. I've tried emailing with no reply. this order was made on July 28th.

I ordered two dresses for a wedding but was appalled at the level of quality when I received order. The dresses are worse quality than a Halloween costume! One dress appears to be missing fabric and unfinished at the hem (and the midline is strangely gathered), the other has a zipper that does not work and gets stuck (plus the proportions seem incredibly incorrect for getting oneself into the dress), and both pieces are glaringly different compared to the picture that advertised it. I’m guessing these are fakes and the original photo is from a much more expensive item from a different brand, but truly, this is such such bad business. I am fighting for a refund in full, as well as shipping costs to return the crap, but the email address keeps bouncing, the contact page is a 404 cannot be found message, and the phone number doesn’t work.

This company represents themselves as an American-based company with American-made products offering free returns. That could not be farther from the truth. They are based out of China and absolutely do not offer free returns. The quality of the merchandise is absolute garbage and there's nothing I can do about it.
