Type of a scam Online Purchase
Placed my order. After a week of no shipping updates, tracking on USPS showed “awaiting postage payment to deliver”. Reached out to customer service and they asked me to confirm it hadn’t shipped.
Shared with them screen shots showing the usps status. Apologized and that they would take care of it.
Later checked status and it reflected “in transit to next facility”.
3 weeks later, still no new location receipt and now reflects status “ The package associated with this tracking number was found to bear counterfeit postage and is now considered Postal Service property under USPS regulations and will not be delivered.”
Reached out to customer service and asked for an refund and they mentioned they would be reaching out to their shipping team.
Believe this is a scam.
