Inquired about a 2nd charge and was told I had subscribed to something, I had not. Exchamged multiple emails with Charlotte and Gerald, who kept assuring me the priduct was just in high demand, then they were processing my request for a refund. Gersld stopped communicating with me Dec. 14, 2025.

I received product but there was no skin matching as claimed. Claimed to have 30 day money back guarantee but there is no information on how to return. Tried emailing multiple

I saw an ad for this company on Facebook. I went to their website and read reviews, their money back guarantee, and their refund policy. I proceeded to order the make up. The money was instantly taken from my account. After their stated processing and delivery period, I had not received my product. I began emailing, as instructed in the confirmation email, but never got a response. Every number I've called, that's associated with them, either doesn't work or is a number to sign up for Medicare or purchase medical devices.

I ordered their product for $45 and I was sent another brand that costs $12 anywhere else. Other people have complained on social media that they are receiving this brand called Barubt rather than Match Cosmetics that costs $45. Also on this complain I sid not enter a phone number for Match Cosmetics ad they do not provide one

I have not received my product that I purchased. I purchased the buy one get one free foundation that goes on white and matches your skin tone everyone has been raving about.

Make came with the wrong name on the bottle. After several email interactions asking for a refund. The email no longer worked and emails were unable to deliver. Have tried several more times to reach out from the beginning of the process with no response
