I hired them to repair a clothes dryer. About $500 to replace a heating element - it was steep but I said ok fine.
The repair man had to come back multiple times and the machine only ever worked for a couple days over the course of two weeks of trying to get it work. Multiple problematic things happened including the repairman leaving the dryer unattached to the vent, a piece breaking off from inside the machine during repairs and him saying it was "not important" and not replacing it, and at one point having to return after he left his phone inside the machine. He was a very nice guy but all this made it clear to me I could not trust the integrity of the diagnostic or repairs.
After all this, they told me that their repairs failed because the vent was probably clogged and that voids their warranty and now they want to charge me $500 more for repairs.... Vent clogged after multiple visits to my home where the technician should have identified whether clogging was a route cause or not in the first place. I assessed this myself and the vent was not clogged.
I feel disappointed that I did not read reviews of this company before hiring them as I now see that this same pattern has repeated dozens of times where they charge an initial fee, fail to get an appliance to work and attempt to charge more money.
