We were looking to purchase a dachshund for our twins, who are 9. We had been passed over at the humane society for one we had found, but so many people wanted it. My children were heartbroken. So my husband found this breeder on google. We contacted them and began to text. It was arranged for us to pick the dog up on sunday. They wanted 400 dollars to hold, which my husband cash apped them. Then they started being sketchy and would not send appropriate paperwork or videos chat as requested to see the dog. We wanted so bad to surprise our kids with this dog and ended up losing our money and not getting the dog. They requested the rest of the price of the dog without us ever seeing the dog, other than a photo. That is when I said enough is enough. When we called them out on their crap story, they stopped responding. Please just beware of this breeder. They are not legit.
