Tells u that ur approved for a 20k loan. The only thing they need from you is a 2000 security deposit. Once you give the security deposit via etransfer they use every excuses in the book from they need more security deposit. When you tell them that the contract states that it's only 2000 security deposit they tell you that the loan will be canceled and the security deposit will be refunded via snail mail. Been waiting over a week now fir a refund. Told them I will be contacting the cafc on them if I done receive my deposit back. To only get a response of you will receive it soon. Promise over Promise and nothing. Do not fall for them. They are a scam company. I also have their so called names one goes by Mark Newman and the other goes by Brian Richardson. There is already a police report on them as of yesterday morning. I'm just trying to get a hold of the Canadian anti fraud centre/department to report them as well.

Did anyone on here actually get their security deposit back. It's been over a week for me. Been texting calling emailing them and always the same answer you'll get it soon.

No they are professional liers and theirs. I searched who owns the domain it's some address in some middle eastern company thier phones are voip. So they can be anywhere.

I took the following steps.

1) filed police report

2) reached out to coco sign and let them know what's up. They probably use several different documents signing sites.

3) reached out to Google
4) reached out to Norton and all other internet security companies

Steps 3 and 4 will slow them down because they won't be able to have documents signed and Google and the internet security pages will block these sites from being accessed from computers that have their software on them.

I have taken a bunch of other steps as well I would be happy to help whoever needs it. It's doubtful any of us will get money back now it's just to try and make sure they can't do it to others. Any questions please private message me

Asking for 1137 for security deposit and then asking for another 850 to only ask for other 1000 on top of thar where the email says it's only 2000 for security deposit. Scam of its kind

I was asked at ftist for 1137 after giving them 1150 they said I was approved fir 20k after a week past they notified me asking for an extra 850 cause the security deposit was for 2000 not 1137. Ok I did send them to only find out they wanted 1000 dollars more to my security deposit and also trying to get a hold of the agent that goes be Mark Newman he only answers if you are giving money other then that he never picks up gets his so called money distribution to get a hold of you his name was Brain Richardson and get let done wont if allow you to speak. The only way to get your full refund is by snail mail they won't etransfer you the same way as you etransfer them thier funds. They are a scam one hundred percent and I also have gone to the police on them. Hope others will fallow as well. Niw I have to wait 7 to 10 business days to get my 2000 back.Scam Scam Scam pkease don't fall for them.

I applied for a loan and they asked for 1137 security deposit I sent it and then they request an additional 800+ to make it a even 2 grand security. Since this has been excuse after excuse why money hasn't been sent
