SCAM Do not. buy anything from Ulciy

I bought a few (in their catalogue good looking) items of clothing, paid $325, and received merchandise that is neither well made nor has any fit (sleeves too tight, dress hangs ugly...). I was led to believe the company shipped from the USA. It turns out ULCIY is Chinese, but the return shipment should go to Dubai, same address as Maladia, Retaica, Asjua, amongst others. They offered me $20, then 30, and a bit more with each email. But I insisted I wanted to send back the whole package. I can't trust them to refund me, even if I pay $60 for the shipping. What a scam!

Ordered product. Received products. They said they were made in Los Angeles. Items don't fit, I want to return, paid $140. Instead of processing the return they say "keep it" and we will give you $7.00 then, $14, then $38, now at $50. They have not sent me a return label or Return Merchandise Authorization. In last email they told me I would have to pay to send it to Dubai, #47, 107 Sheikh Zayed Rd. Dubai UAE +852 81990571. This will cost me $60 to send it with a reputable courier. So if I do this- I'm out $60, plus I don't actually trust that they will refund me the money once it gets back to them... They have yet to be honest.
Also of concern: online it states for returns that the proper paperwork must be with product. but the items came with no paperwork and now they wont give me anything to return it with.

I should've known...

I stupidly bought (3) tops from a website advertised on Facebook. They claimed they were made and shipped within the US. It took four weeks to receive. I chose to keep one and wanted to return the two because they weren't sewn properly. Their email said they would give me at first $17 then $26. I paid $72 for the two shirts. I told them I would accept a substitution. They said I had to return, at my own expense to Dubai, then they would refund my account. This is such a scam! Where is our Federal Trade Commission Bureau of Consumer Affairs? Why aren't they filtering these low level [censored]!

Yes yes yes! Retaica is a total scam company. My Facebook page said their products were made in Indiana USA! Also says - free returns on their website. They lie.

Ordered product. Said made in LA. Pkg came from courier Chinese writing on pkg. Items don't fit, I want to return, paid 82.97 they say keep it we will give you 9.00 then, 18, now 35. Will not send me a return label or return Authorization. They tell me to send it to Dubai, no47, 107 Sheikh Zayed Rd. Dubai UAE +852 81990571. It states on their site for returns that the proper paperwork must be with product. Not just give me some random address. Items came with nothing and they wont give me anything to return it with. It will cost 40.00 for me to ship back. The only tag on item says made in China! The add was on facebook, someone that should vet their advertisements.
