I initially needed to make a receipt for one that was damaged. Upon trying to use the service it showed that the transaction didn't got thru and in hindsight charged me multiple times across different credit cards even though i was still supposedly under the same "username". Now they have continued to charge me over and over again without my permission and when I call the business number associated with the charge on my credit card statement I'm routed to a life alert line for people over the age of 50? This is a scam. Stay away from using them. They also operate under "Express Expense" i've come to find out when i called the customer support number.
