I never received my item it gave me a tracking number and when I track it it says on its way but it never reached a final step of saying delivered

The scammer created a fake website selling products that you will not receive. A friend on mine made the same purchase on the same day and neither one of us received the product. We both received a FedEx tracking number, we compared the numbers we both received the same tracking number. The tracking number stated that the product was delivered in Phoenix Arizona on 4-14-2023, we both live in Florida. My identifiable information includes my name and debit card number.

Hi,

Today is the 7th business day from when you sent your last email and the item has not yet arrived. You did not give me the tracking number for the order, either as I respectfully requested. I am out of patience.

Please issue a full refund to the same payment method, or I'll ask my bank to do a chargeback.
