Was contacted by a Mr. Jason Rice with an offer to buy our vacation timeshares. It sounded to good to be true but we figured what the hell it was a chance to get rid of a mistake we made. Long story short it really sucks that you just can't trust anything or anybody to do the right thing. I hope you rott in *** Mr. Rice

Contacted me stated had buyer for timeshare property, just needed to pay county transfer taxes, and title search fee totaling 187.50, and transfer money to stephine in Daytona Florida, then call after transferred and then they send you a contract to be notarized , for completion of sale in 15 days. Gentlemen's name that is being used is Jason Rice, and Amanda Billings officer for Madison south time shares, and michelle Lewis as buyer.

Husband was on internet and searching because we want to get rid of our timeshare.We will give away, we just want it gone. It is paid in full, we only pay maintenance fees. This Jason Rice person contacted my husband, so hubby said to send us information. I am attaching the email and attachment that he sent to my husband. This company, is saying after we pay for the title search and city and county transfer tax, we will then receive our contract within 12 to 18 days. The amount we would pay is 50.52 for city and county taxes, along with 99.48 for the title search fee and money transfer fee 23.50. This is a very small amount of money and if I thought this was a real legitimate company I would gladly pay these fees. This company says that they already have a buyer. I feel that this is just to good to be true. I have the actual email, just could not figure how to attach the email that was sent to him. I did attach what he wanted us to sign.
