The company is on madeinchina.com. I inquired about the product and they emailed me back asking to talk to them on WhatsApp. Once we had a deal they gave me an invoice to deposit money into a bank account. I googled the company and person name they had a US storefront that seemed legit. They also have a website. Once I paid and asked for tracking they said they will give it to me after they ship. 1 week later they did not. They said production takes 4 days. I asked for tracking and she doesn’t respond for 2 weeks. I contacted Jack from their website http://www.legendtank.com/ and she said the same thing on WhatsApp I will check on the shipping and never responded. I emailed him and he said do not worry we will ship your products but did not provided shipping. The original person I was speaking to then reply’s back saying they didn’t have time to ship because of the holiday and proceeds to tell me they will put extra when they ship. I asked for tracking and they said they will give it to me when they get the tracking so basically giving me the run around again. I asked from tracking a week later and she stopped responding. I emailed madeinchina two times to report them and the company but madeinchina has not responded to either email. The Shenzhen legendtank company has stopped responding to me on WhatsApp.
