Then, my bank contacted me asking if I authorized a monthly payment of 39.99, to which I replied that I had not. They cancelled that payment, but I was charged 39.99 again the following month. When I tried to cancel my subscription through their website, I get a window to enter my email address so they can end a "security code" allowing me to continue in their website and in the cancellation process. They security code never comes to my email, even after many re-tries. The website essentially doesn't allow you to cancel your subscription and stop Mad Muscles from taking money from your account.
