I got a response from "Nicole" who sent me a link to track my order. When did I check on the status of my order, it stated "Not cleared by Customs." I immediately sent another email to "Nicole" stating that "Since my order was not cleared by Customs, please refund the $49 back into my account within 7 business days because I didn't feel comfortable or safe receiving any product that hasn't been cleared via Customs."
After I had told her this, when I went to check my email, her response with the website to check on my order & my request for a refund was nowhere to be found. I checked my account on Thursday, August 17th and today, August 21st, the money still has not been refunded.
Just to let you know the phone number I listed is for the state of Michigan . Please look into this matter and help me get my $49 back. I truly appreciate it. Thank you for your interest and immediate response to my request.
