The product description CLEARLY states this is a crystal mug. “ Heat Insulating Properties: Made from premium mineral crystals, this mug excels in heat insulation, helping to maintain the perfect temperature of your favorite hot beverages. Whether you're savoring a steaming cup of coffee or a soothing tea, the mug's insulating qualities ensure your drink stays at the ideal temperature for longer”.

It came as a piece of plastic with a metal tin inside. Toxic plastic at that. This company is scamming people and it’s unacceptable. These people need to be stopped.
