This company sends the wrong item on purpose, acknowledges their mistake and refuses to refund customers.
The photos below show the dress i ordered, the dress i received which is obviously not what i ordered, Luniss’ response clearly acknowledges they know it’s not what i ordered, their refusal to refund or offer store credit in the amount of the purchase price.
