I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the fraudulent registration of the business entity *Lunar Steps LLC* with the state of Louisiana. My identity, personal name, and residential address were stolen and used by an unauthorized third party to form this business without my knowledge, consent, or authorization.

I am a victim of identity theft. I have absolutely no affiliation, partnership, or financial interest in Lunar Steps LLC. I do not operate this business, nor do I have control over any bank accounts, websites, or transaction systems associated with it.

This corporate identity theft came to light when I began receiving merchant service dispute and debt collection notices at my home address from
