I ordered a magnesium supplement on January 20th. I was provided a tracking number that never worked. Nobody responded to my emails. On January 29th I received a notification that it was out for delivery, and I was initially pleased because I thought the order was no good by that time. The delivery was never made on the 29th, and on the 30th I received notification that the package was returned to sender. As of February 12th, I still have not received a credit for the product. Contacted my credit union, and there's an open investigation for the charge underway.

Ad posted on Facebook with many reviews claiming good face products ordered items over 100.00 and no real shipping number it takes you to a Chinese shipping store and says number unknown, no phone number for service only an admin email and they do not reply to help you
