I ordered some tablets for my children off of TikTok shop. The original cost of the tablets was 89.90 in total. I never received the tablets but did however email them about being a scam. They reassured me it was not a scam. About 2 weeks ago, someone used our debit card on a gambling website casinocoins.com. They charged us 15.99 three times. Our bank did refund the money spent on the casino website. Our bank did give us a form to turn in for the original cost of the tablets. I do have emails that I'd happily forward to whomever is looking into this. I did notice that after a few emails, the website changed to lumenpick.com and the first website is shut down.

When I purchased the couch via a TikTok link from Lumensale.com, immediately the purchase cleared my account and several other transactions for different websites tried to go through as well. I blocked my card and ordered a new one. The couch never arrived and the people at the customer service email box were not helpful. The tracking information claims delivery was attempted but it's not true.

I filed a claim with my bank.

I bought 2 portable TVs from Lumensale.com that I saw on Tik tok. I paid $72.96 for them and I paid extra for quicker shipping. Was supposed to get within 2-3 days. Bought on March 6th and still didn’t receive product and I asked many many times for a full refund. I got nothing but the run around. The website is no longer existing, nor the phone#

I place an order on Feb 24th through a link on TikTok and the website, LumenSale.com, said 3-5 business days for shipping. So I waited. Nothing ever showed I used the tracking number no update. I contacted the company. They responded at first and now now. Still no product. I emailed two more times to [email protected]. It is now march 18th and I lost $62.98.

Saw an ad on tick tok one for a bonless couch one for the portable rolling screen. Price was too good to be true now that i found out both products are well over 90 bucks but these links were showing 30's and 20 dollars products!. Nevertheless my crazy self bought both items Twice smdh the link sent me tk a 3rd party site named lumensale (LumenSale.com). Made the purchase tried to trake item wasnt found. I got to lookkonto the company because there was no chat no number just email which was [email protected]. slowly but surely find out its a scam. Working with my bank on this matter.

The listing on Lumensale.com is meant to be a 4K resolution portable Android based tablet/tv but advertised on a huge discount. Once ordered, the products will never be shipped out or delivered.

Ordered a sofa/chair from LumenSale.com and was given a bogus tracking number. Less than 24hours later they attempted to use my card fraudulently for another 79.99 but my bank stopped it and canceled my card.

I had saw multiple ads on lumensale.com for boneless couches 9 cloud for 17.95 for 2 instead of 79. I received emails from Justine Schmidt at [email protected]. Customer Service was [email protected] the website was this Aurora Sale – Lumen Sale https://share.google/a66KQ63Tqt8AeRJ7x. The payment for $35.96 cameout from Urban Peak Smart home. The next day i received another charge from ESGOODSLUMERASKINCARE. Luckily i had figured it was a scam and took all my money out of my account and got a new card.
