Made an ordered on 12/09/2025.
item #10382 never received it.
I Have tried to reach out to the seller and store no reply back. I also purchased insurance with this order don’t know what to do to get my money back.

Order a Dark Romance calendar from Lumea using shop.com. They took my money but I never received a product. I reached out via email with no response and now the website and my tracking information go to an error page.
