I ordered a dress for my granddaughter and they sent me the wrong dress and I tried to send it back and they tried to tell me they were gonna send me $30 and I still don’t have it. The total I paid was $61.55. I want the whole refund.

I was telling my friends about it and two or three of them said they had done the same thing to them and they never got their refund.
