This company called me regarding a discover card that i never owned. They told me that they had the right to garnish my wages to collect over 5000 in debt that i did not owe in lawyer and court fees. they then told me that i was not allowed to dispute the debt and that i must pay. They kept saying that they would mail me correspondance but they never did. they only operate through email. I had a debt consolidator call them and they did not return my call and the debt is not on my credit report.
