They called myself, a location they thought was my employer, and numerous family members saying they were going to serve me in 24 hours unless I call them. I called they were willing to settle a debt from what they say started out as $400, but is now $5,600.00 with legal fees. They were willing to settle and call off the sheriff if i agree to pay $1,560.00 over 12 months. They could not provide me with any documentation of this debt, they did provide the original credit card number. I contacted the credit card company and they do not have my social security or account number in their system. They also proceed to tell me that they mailed me forms to an address i lived at over 9 years ago. Wouldn't you think they would have the correct address if they can find everyone's phone number's.
