I think the same guy portraying Julie leach and this Weirsky guy is coming at me again with a different lottery winner name. I noticed this guy had visited my profile page on America's best pics and videos and his little profile tab had a photo of a guy holding a giant check. So I researched the name in the app and found over 49 different different profiles with the same name : Dave Johnson. I haven't looked on Tiktok yet but I bet it's there too
