The seller is running a fraud service to fill out a form that is filled out by the user on TSA loss reporting website. TSA advised us to dispute this charge as well, as TSA runs a free service to report lost items. I emailed them to cancel the service but they have not responded yet. Except for charging me, there has been no contact or service provided by them. They do not pick up the phone or respond to emails.
