I ordered from the website Lornaso some shoes for my girls for Christmas last year and of course never got them. I messaged them and they messaged me back once and that was it. I have attached where they contacted me after I contacted them at least 7 times before.

I paid for goods and requested confirmation of order but no further feedback. I also tried to contact [email protected] and visited https://www.vieoa.com several times for responses with no feedback. The emails for orders received also look scam. Lots of social media posts also claim scam/ fraud with no feedback from https://www.vieoa.com. DO NOT fall victim to these scammers

I have not received any of my tracksuits ordered in april I havnt been sent a confirmation email or a tracking number no contact number and my money has already been taken away also I cannot find the site in my browser no longer when I try to type the original site I found the tracksuit nothing comes up

Ordered and got ripped off

I orders 2 outfits back in April and never got anything at all spent 100 Canadian I emailed them and they won't write back I emailed them the order number everything pictures of it and nothing

I am just so frustrated. I ordered 125 worth of shoes plus whatever I paid for shipping for FIVE PAIRS of Hey Dude shoes LITERALLY a year ago. Even got in contact with their costumer support and was told to be patient due to covid things were taking longer to go out. Well. Here I am a year later. Still no new shoes. No money returned. I'm not sure what to do or how to deal with this but I would like something done.

I also ordered two pair of shoes. When they didn't arrive I tried to reach out to the company through email. No response. I call the credit card company and they took it off my card. But the company contacted them and said that they did send me the product so now I have to prove other wise. So I guess I'm out 57.00.

I ordered from this website off an ad on Facebook-as I’ve done before. After a few days I never received any emails regarding my email ex. Shipping info, email confirmation etc. I then proceeded to look at my bank and instead of the company Lornaso it had a phone number as the transaction- I then looked at the website again and tried to call- number doesn’t work. Tried emailing the given email. Not valid. So I’m pretty sure I just got screwed out of $60
