I subscribed for information about personal loan offers from a trusted app Minto Money. I got several contacts from many different companies and Advance America was one of them. The person was texting me, sent me a form to fill out. I looked up the form and the form itself was secure but very personal details were discussed like SSN, address, bank routing and account #. The information the person texted me was different than the Advanced America document they sent me. The document also suggested their name was Joe Carter but the email was completely different. I looked up the information about the company before providing my bank user name and password.

I was emailed an offer for my small business to help with funding. I submitted bank statements and filled out an app, was told they were working on it and the the communication just stop. I emailed over and over with no answer.
