This "business" poses themselves as registered agent services and LLC filing. After submitting an LLC filing, there is a VERY short 2 week trial period not at all clearly outlined for the registered agent services. This length of services doesn't even allow for a reasonable waiting period for the submitted LLC filing to be approved. I requested directly after submitting to cancel this process request and services after which I was told it was already submitted. Further contact with the unnamed support agent via email said that request to cancel the registered agent service would have to be done after LLC approval. There is no option on the website portal or method given to deny renewal after the trial period. This blatantly lies about the costs incurred and gives a pretense of a filing fee without the added on registered agent services fee and then you are told as though you are pretty much required to continue services I have asked to cancel and not continue after the "free trial."
