I just had a charge show up on my Citi-Card for https://live.smarty-me.com services for $49.98. I don't have their app, or emails, or any information regarding this company. I am disputing the charge through Citi, and have sent an email on their website. The instructions say to "cancel your subscription" go through the APP which I don't even have and don't want to put on my phone just to cancel a subscription I never even ordered.
