These attorneys are trying to act like they represent the Pennsylvania Department of Treasury for Pennsylvania Personal Income Taxes. I will not provide them with any information as I know the State does not out source any of the State Tax Collections. Also I do not owe any balance due on my Personal Income Tax Return for 2006. The letter is basically trying me to give them my personal information and wants me to call a legal aide by the name of Thomas Gordon at (888)999-1455 Ext. 76959 and is also quoting a Act 40. I am not posting my name on here either. This is a fraudulent company you should have them shut down!
