Report

This person claimed to be the rental manager for houses and apartments in my city. Collected a $95 application fee without viewing the property. Attempted to collect $450 for a deposit without seeing the property. Stated it was for administrative fees, filing documents, and keys. This person was aggressive, wanting payment immediately.
