The website operating under '[email protected]' is engaging in deceptive trade practices. They advertise 'handmade' products at a premium price, but fulfill orders with cheap, mass-manufactured items from Temu. When a refund was requested, the company provided an unrelated return address in Europe. This makes the cost of the return prohibitively expensive, effectively forcing the consumer to keep the misrepresented product. This appears to be a deliberate return-shipment scam.
