Type of a scam Government Grant

I was message by Agent she offered grant money of $150,000 she to get this grant money you would pay $1,000.00 to get the grant money so I paid for the grant money and I didn’t receive it due to stop by custom in Guam so she said I have to pay $500.00 to release the money from custom so I told her that how come you didn’t tell me that I have to pay extra fees so I ignore the payment fee then in couple of months she sent message me on Facebook Messenger she said she opened account $450,000 at Suisscapital Bank my account and all this I payment fees total of $9,105.00 plus certificate of ownership and never been delivered was promised on Tuesday morning 3/12/19 the money will kick in and I contact Agent Messenger her why she closed my account of $450,000 and now I don’t have anything right not even a $1.00 so if you can if there’s money grant owe to me and also Another Agent she also owe me grant money $300,000 and I also complete my payment fee and this is her number +1 (979) 459-3367 so if can you get back to me ASAP please thanks.
