This "company" is running ads on Instagram claiming to be a re-seller of Longchamp Le Pliage totes. The totes are counterfeits made in China. I have been trying to cancel/refund my order for three days and the customer service agent copies/pastes the same email each time I ask. I have had to cancel my credit card.
