I purchased two items from lilyrhyme on 12.31.24, I reached out to customer support after a week and a half went by without any info on shipping date, was told to wait a few days. Nearly a month later and have not received the items or any further communication from customer service despite my reaching out for help several times.

False advertising. Item shown on video was at least 2 feet tall or more. But the item received was over 1/2 size LESS than shown. I emailed for customer service and nothing in progress. There's no phone number to contact the business.

On January 25, 2024, I purchased a 5-pack of Vintage Embroidered Floral Socks from this vendor. Upon arrival, I immediately discovered that the socks ran very small, too small to even get them on my foot, and I wear a pretty average US women's size 8 shoe. I contacted the vendor 4 different times (both by email at "customer (at) lilyryme.com" and also through the "Contact Us" function on their own website) to initiate a return (they won't publish a return address, forcing you to contact them first); all of my attempts to connect were well within their advertised 30-day money back guarantee period. Each time, I explained the circumstances and assured them the socks had not been worn and were still in their original packaging. Each time, I also sent them the required proof of purchase. As of today (February 20, 2024, and still within the 30-day period), I have received NO response. Nothing. Zero. Nada. Zip. It's pretty clear that if the vendor will respond at all, they'll purposely wait until the 30 days has passed so they can keep my money and claim I'm trying to return the merchandise after the guarantee period has expired. Sorry, but time-stamped correspondence doesn't lie. **And TrustPilot is full of 1-star reviews from other customers buying other products from this company saying they were sent pure garbage (bait & switch) with no recourse.** So BUYER BEWARE: If you ever purchase anything from this vendor, you better love it forever because you can't expect to be able to return it.
