I ordered a pair of size 7.5 shoes from Lily&Kate, Vancouver, believing the shop to be a local shop. I understood the shoes would be delivered by UPS and that I could return within 30 days. Two weeks after my order, my shoes arrive but they are size 8.5 (39). I emailed to ask for the address of Lily&Kate, Vancouver, so I could return the size 39 shoes. They would not provide me with a local address, only an address in China. They claim as a gesture of goodwill, they offered me the shoes to keep (wrong size) and a refund of 10% of my purchase price. They never acknowledged that they sent me the wrong size and never offered to send me the correct size!
