Ordered what I thought was 32 degree clothing from a Facebook ad thinking it was directly from 32 degrees, as I shop their site regularly. After ordering I realized it was a 3rd party site that looks identical to 32 degrees. Received emails that my order was placed, processed and shipped and even included shipping information. But it seems that somebody behind the scenes is updating the shipping information to make it seem legit. Eventually it stated the package was delivered, but it was not ever delivered, and upon reaching out to the company, they give you a big runaround about their process, but cannot prove delivery.
