We ordered the product and had not received for over 2 weeks. Reached out to the company was told to wait an additional week still did not receive the product. We reached out again we were told that they are not able to provide a refund or replacement as the product was already shipped. Attempted again to reach out for a refund and have yet to hear back after 2 weeks.
