If you have a moment right now press two to speak with me or someone from underwriting directly. Your file is nearly complete. We just need to confirm a couple quick details. If you've already secured money elsewhere, that's totally fine. Just let us know if not this approval is set to expire in the next few days but you're more than welcome to reapply anytime again"
