Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill

We called this company (Lenuwee Tire Supply East Lansing Mi. Mobile Unit) for a roadside service and the person answering the call switched me to someone else. Upon telling her our needs she asked us to send the request via email. We did so and did not get a response. So, we moved onto someone else to help us take care of our driver on the side on the interstate. This is our normal protocol to get service to them asap due to the urgency of the situation. This company was able to help us out. We emailed the 1st company we called Lenuwee Tire Supply and told them we did not need their service. They then started to call us demanding us to tell them why we did not use them and wanted to know who we went with. They wanted to know why we were hiding information from them. We ended the phone conversation. That evening our 2nd shift received an email invoice from this company for $640 for repairs they did not do. We called them the next morning to inform this that this was a fraudulent invoice that they did not do the repairs. We explained to them that we specifically told them via email and phone that their service was not needed. They proceeded to call repeatedly asking why we didn't use them.
