Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan

I received a phone call yesterday 10/18/2016 from Andrea Charles with Lemier and Anderson Financial Group stating i am approved for a 13,000USD loan. Didn't think much of it since i had filled out several online applications for a loan on 10/17/2016. Then she hit me with the qualifications to have the funds released due to my credit situation. Option 1 use a co- signer with a credit score of 900 and annual income of $45,000 or more. Option 2 pay the first four payments upfront for a total of $1053. Option 3 pay an insurance fee of $2400 i believe it was. I chose option 3 but only have a little over $500 available right now and told her i would have to wait until the 1st on payday to have the full amount, she told me the approval is only good for 5 days then put me on hold and returned saying she is authorized to pay 50% of the $1053 and i would have to give it back to them out of the actual loan funds whenever i receive it. She already emailed the contract to sign and return. I cannot find any information other than a very very basic website, i can't even find the physical address on Google maps and the phone number they use always shows up as Private Number. I've already had an uneasy feeling about this deal and after reading other posts on here about basically the same scenario i believe i will hold on to my hard earned money and consider myself lucky i found similar info on this site. Maria Winters is listed as CEO. I hope this information helps someone else.
