This is Brian Baker from the legal department

A Brian Baker from the legal department stating my son-in-law (named specifically) has me listed as an emergency contact. Hes not here to cause fear but If I know his whereabouts or another family member does to press 1 immediately. The voice that is speaking is obviously computer generated & this was left on my voicemail. I know It's a scam & I won't be calling the number back. But need to make others aware.

Received a phone call stating that my name has been compromised to push 1 to be connected to legal team. Pushed 1 and was connected to someone that asked for my name. I asked if he can look it up by phone number he stated no he needed my name. I told him that I would give the phone number that was dialed (as it is a business phone number ) He got upset and begin to yell that he was going to send is legal team to come and cause trouble for me. Although he did not ever get my name or phone number.

Received a phone call from 614-569-**** as displayed on my phone's caller ID. That phone number may have been spoofed. Spoofing is when a caller deliberately falsifies the information transmitted to your caller ID display to disguise their identity. When the call was answered, it triggered an automated recording falsely threatening and referring to a fake legal action if a response option was not selected.
