Business claims leather goods are handmade upon order and buyer has 24 hours to cancel. Business email states Mr. Richard will take 2-3 days to craft the product and an additional 1-2 days for quality checks. This is a scam/fraud. Goods are cheap plastic imitations that are produced in China, not in an individual’s workshop as one is falsely led to believe. I placed an order and cancelled the order well within the 24 hour cancellation policy. Was then told that it was too late to cancel as order had already been fulfilled and ready to ship. If product was truly handmade it would not have been fulfilled so quickly. Also, seller did not honor their own cancellation policy even after repeated email exchanges. I was billed, and product was shipped 9 days after cancellation. This seller also goes under another name of Grace-Bags.com. Same m.o.
