SCAMMED!!!

I ordered my item almost 2 weeks ago, ive tried tracking my order, everyday. multiple times a day. this is a total scam. I was very excited to find a cute website and this website is a total scam, this is disgusting and they shouldn't be in business, DONT ORDER! I never received my item nor an email. this is gross.

I searched the internet for a dress and came across the "Lavish Truth Boutique's" website. On March 19th, 2019 I placed an order through the website. Later that same day I received an email confirmation that stated the order was being processed. The next day, March 20th, 2019, I received a second email stating that the order had been processed and that I would soon receive an email when the order had shipped. Also on March 20th, 2019 my bank account was charged $43.90 for the order. By March 31st I still had not received an email nor had I received the item. I replied to order confirmation email to inquire about a shipping update. The next day, April 1st, 2019, I sent an email to their customer service email address, "[email protected]" and again inquired about shipping. By April 4th I still had not received a reply. On April 4th, 2019 I sent a third email stating that I would like a refund for the full payment of the order. It appears that this is not a real business and it is my mistake for selecting this website. At this point all I ask is that I receive a full refund for the unreceived item.
