I purchased Lashey Most Undetectable Seamless Clip-in Hair Extensions (1 thick and 1 pack regular) from LasheyHair on December 16, 2025. I paid in full, but the product was never delivered. I attempted to contact the company multiple times via email at [email protected], but initially received no response. Once I requested a refund, the company began responding, but they have not issued my refund or provided the product. I believe this constitutes a scam because the company accepted payment without fulfilling the order and has made no good-faith effort to resolve the issue despite repeated attempts to communicate.
