Terrible company. They are scammers! I paid for an item mid November for a Christmas gift. To date (January 28, 2023) I have NOT received it!
When I email the company, all I get is the runaround. I tried to track the order and it's not available, which means it was never shipped!
My husband is a disabled veteran and is now suffering from cancer. Our income is very limited. I cannot afford to be wasting money. I am disgusted and angry. I am out all the money and no necklace for my daughter.

Ordered December 5th and expected to receive a car dash phone holder and two iPad car holders with 14 days. Received them after the new year. Half mile from my house the dash phone holder fell off. I only received iPad car older when the ad from Facebook appeared there were two on the package. I have emailed back and fourth with the person telling me they’ll give me $4 back, then $5, no still not satisfied and I still want to return the items and get my full refund… we will give you $6. A bunch of piece a trash people obviously working for Satan. I am so angry. My hard earned money was spent on these two items that were Christmas gifts that can’t even be used.

Ordered a bra, waited a long time for it. Ordered 2 sizes larger than normal because most overseas companies have smaller standards than the US. Received item, immediately tried it on. Way too small and there were no actual cups. It was just stretch material meaning your breasts were supposed to push the material out to look like a cup.

Long story short, I asked to return for a refund. Have had several back and forth emails. Company says the order was correct as their shipping department checked it and I do not deserve a return or refund. I checked their return policy and it says 100% guarantee and IF I’m not satisfied with my order I may return it.

This company needs to update their return policy and state they will no do returns/refunds.I can send the email(s) if it would help.

I had the same experience. The bras were rubbish and the company absolutely refused a refund and would not give me a return address. In the end I binned them. Twice I’ve ordered of companies advertising on FB and both times I have been robbed. I won’t order anything on there again. Lesson learned! They are mostly Chinese companies claiming to be UK based when they are not. Their products are of poor quality and not how they look on screen. They know they fall outside regulations and they are know they can’t be touched. FB needs to investigate these companies and ban them.

I ordered some shoes, they were supposed to be Clarks which was the picture they provided! They lied about the make, the colour was disgusting and they were made of plastic with some weird fabric on the insole.
It took a long time to get here and I got continuous emails about them being on their way.
I contacted them to say I want my $$ back and they said they contacted the warehouse and whoever works there said they sent the right product.
Bottom line...Im out $$ and too bad so sad,

I had ordered the “Noise & Pest Isolation Waterproof Door Bottom Seal StripGrey”. They gave me a tracking number and kept sending emails with the tracking of the parcel which never arrived.
I today I was notified that the status of the product is “delivered” nevertheless I have NOT received the product and I cannot trust this service.
I was notified after complaining to the email addresses: [email protected]; [email protected]; [email protected] that the “carrier says that the product was delivered”. However I have NOT received any delivery so I will report the fact to the authorities in Singapore.
I hope you get what is coming for you, dishonest animals!

Received notice it was at post office and had to pay an additional 6 dollars only to find it was not what I ordered. It was a cheap feather ink pen. I too was scammed by 2 of their companies, only GOD knows how many they have! the names of the companies are consulbefor.com and preciousfairytales.com. I'm out about $75 but learned a life lesson! Always check out the companies before you order!` I am trying to contact the Attorney General in England.

I placed an order online on Dec. 10, 2022. Since then I have received a number of e-mails regarding delivery of the stained glass window hanging. The tracking number I was given was 4912683054017992380 and the number was from the email address: [email protected]
When I put the tracking number in their space, nothing happens. I am out the money and the time it took to buy my niece something I knew she'd love. I'm 80 and a 24 hour caregiver for my husband with severe dementia. I'm angry and disappointed and hope these losers are stopped.

Definitely a Scam

Purchased from the website in early November after seeing Instagram ads targeted in the United States. It’s now Mid-Late December and I haven’t received my order.

The country of origin of the shipping wasn’t listed on the site, but even the longest shipping estimate listed on their site passed 14 days ago.

In the United States this is considered fraud, not sure if the UK has similar statutes on defrauding customers.

I placed an order November 13, 2022 for two items from the company online. It is now December 12, 2022 and I still have not received it. I have tried to email the address attached to my confirmation email for my order and it returns the email saying address not found. I would either like the two items I purchased or refund for my money. This is just sad and so unprofessional because these would have made her gifts. Proof of order and payment is attached.

I received a clothing item (a jumpsuit) I had purchased on line only to find it to be of very poor quality and sizing not as described. I e-mailed them 4 times before they gave me an address (in China) for a return, which would have cost me $80 (according to UPS). They then offered me $7. I feel this is a scam and unfair to treat a customer in such a way that it is impossible to send back such an inferior product.

I purchased an item (crossbody bag) as a "last days of sale" in June. I paid for expedited shipping. The delivery address is in Connecticut. 2 weeks later I was provided with a tracking number, which I followed. The product was "delivered" in California. When I repeatedly reached out to the company, I got an automated response that said "your parcel status will be updated." I was again given a tracking number. This number was through a Canadian company and said that the parcel was delivered in British Columbia. I have never received the product, nor a refund, nor a refund for expedited shipping.

I have contacted them through their support system numerous times even telling them I will dispute the charges - and they still claim it's on the way . No one should wait almost three months for a product and for the customer service to tell me to "Be patient" .
Warning do not purchase anything from this company whose other name is under Glow Bear .
I have disputed charges through my bank -- but so far a loss of $55.61
