We sent L'Amour Du Noir a number of our clothing items to stock in there store. We agreed via Contract (Signed) that we would get payed once they sell the clothing in store at the end of each calendar month. Once the end of the month came they sent us an invoice showing that they had sold items and that they was going to pay us for all items sold ($383). Then after that we waited for around 1 week but still hadn't received anything. We then emailed them constantly and tried calling them. After about 3 weeks we finally got hold of the owner and she apologized that she hadnt payed us and would pay that week. after about 5-6 weeks we still havent recieved payment and they still have a considerable amount of our clothing (that wasnt sold).
