Lojos (Louie) Horvath, Owner LaLa Protech # Re: Unresolved Concerns and Warning to Potential Customers Dear Mr. Horvath, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and concern regarding the services provided by LaLa Protech. In , I hired your company to install a multi-room speaker system, home automation, and hardwired alarm with cameras. # Issues Encountered 1. *No Workers' Compensation*: Despite assurances, I discovered LaLa Protech lacks workers' compensation insurance. 2. *Suspicious Payment Requests*: employee, Gabor, requested separate checks. 3. *Misrepresentation*: Claimed business establishment since 2010, but verification attempts yielded 2013 same owner and employee worked on many media jobs for a company called Calabasas luxury cars for the owner named Benny , I called the owner for a reference and he informed me that the work was fine , however the year he hired these 2 men he paid in checks after I asked do they take credit cards I then began to notice many inconsistencies. # Concerns 1. *Potential Scam*:

I believe LaLa Protech may be engaging in deceitful practices. 2. *Personal Liability*: Without workers' compensation, I risk being sued personally if an injury happens in my home .

My Purpose of this complaint

Is to alert potential customers and formally document my experience. When dealing with this company make sure they Provide proof of workers' compensation insurance. 2. Clarify payment policies. 3. Verify business credentials. Tax IDs, make sure workers are documented and do not give any money upfront , pay only with credit card , they wanted zelle or check, not a financially safe move for customers with these 2 men .

I will be placing this complaint with other government agencies to verify who these scammers are .
