Advertised fast service on sports apparel. Ordered December 12,2024. Today is March 12,2025. Over the past three months I have been unsuccessful in receiving the product I paid for. I was never emailed to communicate a delay in shipping. When I reached out I was given an excuse about shipping from China. Nowhere on the website is that advertised. Nowhere in the confirmation email is that mentioned. The tracking number supplied never moves. For months I watched it and emailed. I asked for a refund in February and was begged to allow them to ship a replacement. Their latest excuse was that it was lost in the mail. The replacement never came. Today’s email excuse said the entire warehouse burnt down. This company has stolen money from many people. I have seen the massive amount of reviews that cite the exact same experience that I had. Multiple excuses no refunds and no product delivered. Please help to shut them down! They are disgraceful.

This company sells misleading/defective/counterfeit jerseys for the nfl. We received a jersey that was ill sized, coming apart and was not even close to being an NFL jersey. It also shipped over a month late and we kept getting excuses for the delay. We tried to get a refund and they kept ignoring our request and only offering discounts. I then filed a successful claim with PayPal and received a refund. Then a month later ‘they’ sent a poorly written email claiming that I said I disputed that I never received the item and I owed them money. It stated I needed to send money to a random PayPal account that did not match the initial one I paid.

Ordered a jersey from the .com website. Thye kept telling me the product would be here in 5 days after the initial 19 days I waited. I asked for them to assist and they failed to refund me my money or help un any way. They shipping address was from a place in new jersey but it looked more lie it was coming from China. I believe they are selling counterfit products.

I submitted an order to www.lady jackets.com on January 10, 2025 for $214.84. This order included 3 custom jerseys. I was informed I would receive my order by January 25th, 2025. On January 17th I received an update of my order with a tracking number, all 3 of the items had the same tracking number. On February 1st I received an update that my order finally arrived at the USPS Origin Facility, my order was then delivered to my on February 3, 2025. When my order arrived it was one item in the package and I was not provided the other 2 items that I initially paid for and now the order says delivered when the full order was in fact not delivered.

I ordered a jersey from Ladyjacket.com and paid via PayPal. They provided a tracking number, but the tracking staying in one place and never moved. When you email them it’s a robot response that ensures you that your jersey on on the way. The jersey never showed up and tracking still has not moved.

Ordered a jersey on here. Been over a month and never received the item. Its impossoble to get a hold of anyone. Have sent emails with no customer service reply. Just get automated replies. Cant get in touch with customer service. Total scam.

I ordered my son a Kenneth Walker III jersey off ladyjacket.com which really seemed like a reputable website. It took 29 days to get my package, which had a return label of Jane Chen, 3 Lincoln Drive, Fairfield, NJ. What a scam :( I ordered a Youth L for my 11 year old and it is big enough to fit a 200 lb man! Not to mention it looks handmade with stains all over it and the stitching is coming out all over! I am so disappointed. Of course I already emailed [email protected] and got a response to bear with them during the busy season, as responses may take longer than usual. Totally pissed.
