Ordered items site said shipped from Texas then shipping tracking said China. Items never delivered

Said item was made in USA and shipped from USA and would be received in 2 business days. This was on Jan 2. It's Jan 13 and it's been at a China international airport per tracking since Jan 2. There is no phone number to contact and the email bounced back.
