Saw an ad on TikTok and was directed to Kynelle.com to make a purchase. Received tracking info and saw it said delivered after 4 weeks. I contacted them via email to state I never received the package and they agreed to reship. Received new tracking info but the same result. It is now saying delivered but nothing was delivered

Said item was made in USA and shipped from USA and would be received in 2 business days. This was on Jan 2. It's Jan 13 and it's been at a China international airport per tracking since Jan 2. There is no phone number to contact and the email bounced back.
