I placed an order through the SHOP app on 9/25/26 and I saw I didn't receive any tracking updates. I emailed the provided email on 10/6/26, and received a response stating that the item was shipped from the warehouse with no tracking number included in the email. I asked for an update after that, no response. It is now 10/28/26 and I have no updates, no item and I'm out of $185.78. I asked for a refund from them because this is poor customer service. I believe this place is not legit.
